Can you see the lusciousness and abundance of you?
You are both Wind and Fire
Earth and Spirit
Passion and Compassion
Mystery and Presence
Claim your right to be fully in this world
With the uniqueness of your essence and expression
Embodying yourself is as primordial as residing in the Heart
It is only in being fully manifested that you will
Make love flowing and flowering
Let yourself fly while keeping your roots.
Have you ever felt the longing to feel more… alive?
Do you wish to connect with your body in a more joyous, sensuous and holistic way?
Do you wish to discover and claim this fullness of being from within yourself?
In order to ‘Root to Rise’ we must become intentionally aware of our body. We must establish this essential grounding in our body – connecting with the roots of our center.
One cannot fly without first being grounded.
During our 5 week exploration into the Bliss of Being, using artful and body movement explorations, we will explore how we can physically, emotionally and mentally ground ourselves in our everyday life, so that our choices are truly aligned with who we are, our deepest needs and desires.
With simple yoga and movement practices, we will unearth what it means to fully inhabit and honor our body, to celebrate it and find new ways to connect with it, thus experiencing for ourselves the Bliss of Embodiment.
Within the sacred container of painting our own mandala, we will discover the core values which anchors our life – like a guiding compass.
Painting our very own Muse of the Bliss of embodiment, we will dig deep within ourselves and uncover the inner treasures we carry, powerfully bringing forth our hopes, dreams and intention for our life.
Joy is your intrinsic right – now is the time to claim it!
During this course, you will:
- Write, draw and finger paint with the help of journaling exercises, reflecting and discovering what it means for you to embody joy
- Delve into the mandala process, and learn how to do a simple mandala using a compass… or not!
- Explore body movements with dance and yoga—keeping it both fun and sacred
- Paint into being your own Muse of the Bliss of Embodiment on canvas, using Intentional Creativity, with an easy step-by-step process, perfect for beginners
- Explore aromatherapy and breathing exercises
- Be in community to share your own process and connect in a secret Facebook page.
Are you ready to dance with Life?
To embody Joy?
Come and dive into the fullness of being!
What to expect:
In this class, you will dig deep into exploring what fuels your Joy with art journaling prompts, connect with your inner wisdom with mandala-making, rediscover the joy of inhabiting your body with yoga and intuitive dancing, and taking all this juiciness, paint on canvas the unique expression of your Muse of the Bliss of Embodiment. Althought this class runs for 5 weeks, all videos, prompts and meditations are life-long access, which means you can visit or revisit them every time you feel like it.
Root to Rise starts September 14th and runs for 5 weeks. Each week, you will get 4 prompts (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) to tune-in, explore, express and expand. Some prompts will take you 5 minutes to complete, and others, such as for mandala and painting, will take you longer – it is good to plan to spend 1-2 hours per week to dive into these explorations. A private secret Facebook group will be available for all participants to exchange and for help with your painting process.

What if I never painted before?
You are in the right place! A few months before painting the Muse illustrated above, I could barely draw matchsticks figures. The easy step-by-step method demonstrated in this class is perfect for beginner, especially those who think they cannot draw or paint. Be ready to be amazed by the artist that you are.
What if I never practiced yoga?
The yoga and movements practices demonstrated are intentionally geared towards beginners. It’s about having fun, about connecting with our body – not about doing the ‘perfect’ pose.
What if I can’t touch my toes?
A secret: neither can I! Even when I used to practice yoga for 90 minutes a day 6 times per week (pre kids 😉 ) I was never able to touch my toes (thanks to the short muscles in my calves). The intention for our yoga practices is to connect with your body – not to reach the floor.
Do I need to keep up with the pace of the group?
Althought it is wonderful to explore and paint together in community, being the mother of 2 little girls aged 4 and 7 and working full time, I know how busy we can get. Therefore, there are no limit to your access to both the class and the secret Facebook group – you can come back at any time to do any of the prompts, and guidance for your painting process will be available up to 6 weeks after the class end date.
Can I substitute supplies?
YES! I encourage you to use what you have at home. I do recommend using a large canvas, one that is twice as tall as it is wide. I will be providing an optional link to Dick Blick in the classroom.
Testimonials:
”My Muse…She who says the Truth… A two day workshop offered by Isabelle Savignac, in the Color of Woman. Touching. Beautiful. Authentic. A discovery in itself…I had never painted before, so everyone can do it”! – Cathia
”I adored taking a painting workshop with Isabelle! I let my imagination and emotions carry me throughout the process. Each step brought me closer and closer to who my Muse was truly meant to be. She is a reflection of a part of me and even looked like me at the end! I proudly hung my Muse on the wall as soon as I got home. Isabelle is an inspiring teacher, who patiently guided me – she is excellent! I would try again any day, as I can’t wait to see what other aspects of myself want to come forward!” – Janic
”Isabelle created a very warm and special environment. I found her to be welcoming. She was very attentive, and at the same time left us space for our own processes.” – Emmanuelle
I truly hope you will join me in this fun, sensuous and sacred exploration in connecting with the core of your self, the center of your Joy.
Namaste and Love…
– Color of Woman Intuitive Painting Teacher
– SoulCollage Facilitator
– Yoga Teacher
– Visionary Artist
– Intentional Creativity Coach
I approach art as a gateway to one’s Soul and Inner Wisdom with Intuitive painting & Intentional Creativity. The Divine Feminine, and the possibility for all to access this part of Self that is both nurturing, healing and powerful, is at the heart of what inspires me to create.
I facilitate sacred circles for women and girls who feel an internal longing to connect to their own inner wisdom and wild gypsy-self. I want to empower women to live from the buoyancy and authenticity of their own heart, to reconnect to Joy.
I believe all of us can be made whole, no matter our circumstances, and I have chosen the path of yoga and artistic expressions, including intentional creativity, as the tools I offer on this journey of reclaiming. I see my work as lighting the way so that others may find their own pathway into
the radiance of their heart and stand fully into their beautiful selves.
I wish to dissolve the chain that muffles the spirit by shedding light unto the love that is ever-present. I wish to help women find the keys that unlock the gateway into the sacredness of their being.
